How do I redesignate my license to a new laptop?

I have a new laptop on which I would like to install Office Enterprise 07. I
had previously installed the copy on a desktop and an older laptop which uses
up my two activations however, in the license terms I am allowed to
redesignate my license to a new device but can't find out how to do this.
