How do I reduce a group of Visio objects?

I have a bunch of Visio objects on an 11x22 page. These include dialog boxes,
text, lines, etc.

I want to grab them all and reduce them to fit on landscape letter. I
understand the text should get small, that's okay.

However, if I group these things and drag a corner to reduce the size of the
group, boxes and text don't resize at the same rate and things get ugly fast.

How can I do this?

Thanks for the prompt response.

If I use File > Page Setup > Print Setup, as the Visio help suggests, and
set the Print zoom to Fit to 1 sheet by 1 sheet, the page size changes but
the scale of the objects does not, so now all of the objects are original
size and many of the objects are off the page.

How do I change the scale of the page?

Sean

Any thoughts on this? In Illustrator or CorelDRAW, for example, I can group
and scale by dragging a corner of the group. In Visio, this seems unworkable.
What is the workaround?

Thanks,

It should have worked. I did a quick test and created a tabloid size page
(11x17) and placed several engineering shapes on it. I then did a print
requesting the page to fit on an 8.5x11 page. I then changed the page size
to letter 8.5x11 and reprinted the page. The second was almost twice as
large. Which is what I would have expected.

Hi,

I appreciate your patience and replies! Thank you.

What I am looking to do is now that I have the objects laid out on an 11x22
page, shrink the objects so they fit on landscape letter.

What you suggest would seem to work for printing, when the printer driver
supports the reduction in object size, but it does not affect the Visio
itself, right?

For example, how would I print to PDF using the mechanism you suggest? I
don't see that the PDF printer driver has shrink to fit.

Is there any way to reduce the size of the objects by grouping and dragging
a corner or something? Or, must I manually reduce the size of each and every
font, reduce the size of each and every piece individually, and then realign
the objects to each other after the individual resizing has been done?

Cheers,

SEan
