How do I reduce or hide ribbon tool bar in office 2007?

The new ribbon tool bar takes up too much space.
How can I auto hide it or reduce it's size?
I find options from third parties to retun to 2003 tool bar - do they take
up less space?

You can also right click the tab bar and check "Minimize the Ribbon" in the
dialog box.

I prefer keyboard shortcuts so I am not constantly switching between
keyboard and mouse.
