How do I reduce size of what I see in body of email I am sending?

Just got Vista Outlook 7 today on new Lenovo ThinkPad T400 today, going nuts.
How do I change what I am seeing in the body of the email--not what the
sender sees? What i see there now is HUGE with paragraph marks, can't fix
it--please help!

Ctrl+Shift+8 to turn off the marks.

If the text is overly huge, check the zoom settings.
