How do I reduce the size of a full screen note?

My notes have all become full screen, and when I try to re-size them, I
cannot get the cursor far enough into the corner of the screen to do it. Why
did all my notes change size (to full screen), and how can I re-size them
again? All I can do presently is have them full screen or as icons.

Sorry, I can't help you, but I have the same problem. So I hope that someone
have come up with an answer.

Double click on the note header and return it to the normal size. Then
close it.
