how do i refresh a wbs from project?

I used the Visio WBS function in Project. I want to link the % complete.
Can that be done easily?

Also, I want to print the whole WBS on one page. Project and Visio put each
level of the WBS on a different Vision page. How can I get the whole WBS on
one page so I can print it with a plotter and have a view of everything?

Hi RCM,

One idea for printing on one page is to copy each page (Ctrl+A to select
all) then Paste Special > Paste as Metafile.

This gives you a static picture of the Visio graphics that you can resize
like a piece of clipart.

Of course if you have lots of pages, this might not be such a hot tip : )
