On two separate PCs, I added a new user account (1-MS XP Pro, 1-Home
Edition), logged out and then back in as the new user, deleted the old
account and when I opened Outlook2003, the PFBackup choice was gone from the
"File" menu. It is also not in the Add/Remove Programs anymore. I
downloaded a new PFBackup and when I tried to install, got an error message
that said I must first uninstall the program. Since there is nothing to
unistall, I'm stuck. These are office PCs and I must keep all user emails
backed up. What do I do to reinstall?
