How do I reinstall the default dictionary in Vista (Office 2007)?

I'm getting "You currently do not have a dictionary installed for the
selected language." when trying spell check in MSN hotmail. Do I need to

You need to ask this in a group that supports MSN Hotmail. Word's spell
check has nothing to do with what's happening in MSN Hotmail...
