How do I reintall MS Office 2003 after uninstalling?

I am using OWA Exchange 2007 now for a new job; this includes a caledar,
contacts, etc. I wanted to sync my PDA phone with the OWA Exchange 2007 but
it searched out MS Office 03 email, contacts, etc. I thought the only way to
get the PDA phone to search out the correct application (OWA Exchange) was to
get rid of Outlook e-mail on my computer. I could not find an option just to
get rid of Outlook so I uninstalled MS Office 2003. This was not a wise move
and I need it back.

Also, any ideas on how to get my new PDA phone to sync with OWA exchange?

You need to reinstall with the CDs.

To get help with your phone, I'd try starting with the phone manufacturer.

It can't sync with OWA as OWA is only a web *view* of your exchange mailbox and contains no real data. You need to reinstall Outlook as this is the conduit from which you will be able to sync your items.
