Its not clear how this came about but I have a multi-section document which
has different headers in each section but generally carries the footer
through to all pages. The exception being the Title page and the TOC page.
At the end of the current Section I have two footers. One is located at the
bottom of the page and can be accessed via the View->Headers & Footers menu.
The other footer appears about the accessable one and cannot be accessed in
any way. The page number are the same but if I start a new Section with
different page numbering format they assume the new format.
This may have nothing to do with this but I also cannot delete a Paragraph
Mark at the end of the document even though there are others above it.
Two Sections are included from sub-documents but they are not linked and are
incorporated in this document.
I've seen this before and have just done a cut & paste to a new document but
I'd really like to know what is happening/causing this problem.
The document is not proprietary so I can provide a copy if needed.
