How do I remove a project from server once it is complete?

Is there a way to remove a project from the projects view in server once it
is complete? I am managing many projects and want to keep the old projects
for analysis but I do not want them to show up forever.

I agree with dylan , please add the solution so that its helpful to every
body because the same problem I'm facing. I want to archive these schedule so
that archived schedule & related task are not visible to any body except
administrator but those projects and their efforts will be available in
Portfolio Analyser for analysis purpose.
I hope you will agree with me.
