How do I remove a user from OE V6.0

I was working late at night and in the dark and set up a
bad user name (Example: (e-mail address removed)) and cannot remember
the password I gave the account. I tried removing the
account from OE via OE"s "Idendity Mgmt" and just cant
find the password to remove the accout. How do I remove
the account? There has to be another way?
