I use rules and folders to organize my outlook emails. I am constantly
having several emails going into the wrong folder or some into multiple
folders. I also get emails from people for the first time going into folders
other than my Inbox. When I search for the address in the list from rules
going into those folders I can not find them. I have even done a copy and
paste of the whole listing into excel or word to search for the names and do
not find them. The Junk email rule works great as it sorts alphabetically
but the other rules do not.
How do I find an address in a rule other than scanning the list as that does
not work? How do I keep address from going into the wrong or multiple rules?
