How do I remove blank rows????

Hi

I have a spreadsheet with approx 290 records but the
scroll bar is only half way down the page.

I am creating statements from these records but because of
the approx 270 blank rows, I am getting lots of statements
with no information. Basically I am getting 290 correct
statements and a futher 270 blank ones.

Can anyone tell me how to cear blank rows?

Have found solution from another request.

In case you are interested, just hi-light all the rows
below the last record and Ctrl + - and the close and re-
open the spreadsheet.
