How do I remove "Could not install the custom actions . ."?

Recently, Outlook2007 started giving me the message "Could not install the
custom actions. The object could not be found." everytime I try to open an
email. What causes this, and how can I stop it from occurring?

Right-clicking on tasks to access flags stopped working at the same time as
the above message started occurring.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook from the installation CD
without success.

Did you try to set up rules using custom actions? how about a new profile?

Your reply did not solve the problem. However, another post on the same
topic did solve it: Remove FRMCHACHE.DAT file from a hidden file folder in
Documents and Settings.
