How do I remove duplicated data over an entire spreadsheet?

Hi, first let me explain, I am a real estate agent and have a mailing list that has over 8000 entries of peoples names, addresses, and size of the property they own.

When I receive these lists, the lists contain names of people who own, lets say, 120 acres. The list, however, says they own 3, 40 acre parcels and states their name and address 3 times. Their names , addresses, and parcel acreage are all separated into rows. So one landowner may be listed 3 or 4 times, but only may own one continuous parcel. So my objective is to delete duplicated or multiple entries of names across the entire sheet so that instead of showing 8000+ landowners in that county, it will really show the reality which is that there are only 700 landowners and leave me with a mailing list that reaches all the landowners only once.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

One way:

Use Data/Filter/Advanced Filter to filter the column of landowner names
(check the unique values only), then copy the result to another location
on the sheet (or to a second sheet)
