How do I remove " Field Codes Changed" box on the document

I've never seen such a box, so I don't know what you're referring to. Please
provide more detail in this message space (not in the subject line).

I just saw this in a document that was sent to me with the same question. It
turns out that the field were modified with track changes on but not
displayed. So the ctual box that is being mentioned here (I think) is
actually a comment that displays automatically when you open the file. Try
accepting changes and see if it goes away.
