How do I remove focus from containers in Onenote?

After having arranged notes in pages and sections in a notebook, when I
return to a page it may annoyingly be focused, not at the top of the page,
but on a container somewhere in the body of the page, often with data in the
container highlighted. I have attempted to change focus by placing the cursor
at the top of the page and then leaving the page, but to no avail. I have
also turned off containers in objects; that hasn't worked either. It's just
an annoying problem, not terribly serious, I don't guess, but it's puzzling
there doesn't seem to be a solution. I am hoping someone will know of one.

There is a powertoy at

which will set focus to the top of each page (among other functionality).

Very useful for shared notebooks especially.
