how do I remove: Formatted: bullets and numbering from template

My wife used a template found on the office online website for a resume,
edited it etc, but next to her input appears a bubble that says "Formatted:
bullets and numbering" we are now trying to print the document and this can
not be deleted, backspaced or removed in any way.

Either Accept All Changes in Document (from the Reviewing toolbar) or change
the view to Final before printing or select "Document" rather than "Document
with markup" in the Print dialog.
