How do I remove MS Office XP Media Content??

I just upgraded to Office 2003 Pro...I still have Office XP Media Content
listed in add/ remove programs. When I try to delete it it asks for the media
content disk which I do Have, but When I try to remove the file it tells me
that the CAG.MSI file is missing..
