How do I remove my pictures from Microsoft Office Picture Manger?

I open my picture but unless I open each individual photo, I cannot view
them. I also cannot put them in e-mails or sent them to friends unless they
also have Picture Manager. I cannot get this to release my photos.

The pictures are not in the Picture Manager, they are in a folders somewhere on
your computer. The Picture Manager only indexes the pictures. When you want to
email a picture, browse to the folder and attach. You don't have to go through
the Picture Manager.
