How do I remove Permision from the tool bar so I can publish web?

I am new to this. In my copy of Front Page 2003 I can not make a change to a
web page. What should be the "publish web" button on the tool bar is a"
permision (unrestricted access)" button, that is a solitation to sign up for
a security issue. The sugestion from MS help to go to the menu and click
permision and click unrestricted did nothing. Help, Henry

You seem to be new to newsgroups as well. This newsgroups is for people who
use Publisher to create websites, not questions about publishing a website
with FrontPage. May I suggest you visit the FrontPage newsgroup, check the
archives to see if it's be answered before, and if not, ask your question
over there. They are very nice people there too. :)
