How do I remove *.pst with invalid path?

I recently upgraded to OUtlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. I now have two pst
file in my Mail Folder list that that give me the following error whenever I
click on them "The set of folders could not be opened". Since I cannot
figure out the path, I cannot restore the file to get rid of them.

'Control Panel|Mail|Data Files' will both show you the paths and allow you
to delete them.

The only way I've been able to deal with those phantom .pst files in Outlook
2003 is to either ignore them or create a new profile.
