How do I remove red text and underlining from a document?

in the middle of a document I must have pressed something by mistake and it
started writing in red, underlined Calibri text - with a text default
formatted balloon linked to the first line.

No matter what I try it won't return to the original default black Arial
text setting. I know it must be the most simple of things but I just can't
crack it!!!!
