How do I remove restriction on view function on word documents?

I have restricted assess on the view function on all my Word documents. The
permission on the documents is set to unrestricted, yet I am unable to look
at any document to see what the layout is looks like on the page befor I
print it.

How do I remove this restrictions. There is a red circle with a hyphen
through it on the view function box as well.
