Using Edit>Replace to replace ^b with nothing will remove Section Breaks and
replacing ^m with nothing will replace Manual Page Breaks
To deal with Paragraphs that may be formatted with a Page Break before them,
use Ctrl+A to select everything in the document and then go to the Format
Paragraph dialog and on the Line and Page Breaks tab, click the Page break
before box until it is empty.
Note that Word will still display the document with page breaks.
