How do I remove {spam?} in the header my receiptant receives

Dear,

who can help me to solve the following:
everything I send an email my receiptant receives in the outlookheader
{spam?} and then the choosen header. I saw this when they reply'd. It said
RE: {spam?} and then text. Who knows how to remove this?

thanx in advance!

It's most likely the recipient's incoming mail server that puts the tag
in; nothing that you can do about.
