How do I remove the default fill from standard stencils?

Visio 2003 has a light blue default fill in shapes in all the standard
stencils. I do not want this. How do I get rid of it?

I think Mark Nelson (MS) may have mentioned a standard style sheet that can
be altered, if not then you might check to see if the stencil has it's own
which can be altered.
