How do I remove the 'Instant Search' reminder in Outlook 2007

How do I remove this annoying little reminder box which I get prompted with
every time I launch Outlook. I do not want the update, but I am unable to
find an option to disable it.

I also would like to remove it. It turns out the update is not compatible
with XP 64.
