How do I remove:The margins of Section 1 are outside printable are

When attempting to print a WORD document I keep getting the message" The
margins of Section I are outside the printable area of the page.
My default margins are set as .5" for Top,Bottom, Left and Right.

What are your header and footer margins? They may be the issue.

Word gets its information about the printable area from the printer driver.
To find out what information it is getting, set all the margins to 0" and
click OK. Word will tell you that "One or more margins are outside the
printable area" and offer to fix them for you. Accept the offer and note
what margins it sets. The bottom margin may well be more than 0.5" as some
inkjet printers have very large unprintable areas on the trailing edge
(bottom of portrait or one side of landscape). Once you get the required
information, you can close the Page Setup document with Cancel, then go back
and set whatever margin needs to be changed.
