How do I remove the My Timesheet link under My work in MSPS 2007

Hello. I am trying to remove any display of the My Timesheet link
under My Work on the left Nav and any mention of timesheets on the
home page in PWA (MSPS 2007). My client doesn't want to use the
timesheet functionality and would like any reference to My Timesheet
to be removed. I know how to deny this functionality through the
permissions, but this still allows the user to click the timesheet and
then see an error stating they don't have the necessary permissions.

Please advise if there is a way to remove this link on the home page.

Navigate to Server Settings and select Quick Launch from the Look and Feel
Section
Click on the Timesheet selection and set the Display on Quicklaunch option
to "No"

Its another bug.

This only shuts it off on the quick launch bar. There is currently no
way to remove it from the body of the Home Page. Hopefully this will
be fixed in SP1 as it allows the user to navigate to the My Timesheets
page even though the functionality has been shut off.

To complete Gary's process you need to edit the web part on the Home
Page. There is a Project We Access section which lets you turn each
component in the reminders pane off
