How do I remove the shadow 3-D effect from a block?

I'm using Visio 2000. The blocks (boxes) in the organization chart were
originally created using the shadow effect (or 3-D effect - not sure of the
terminology which Visio uses). The shadow effect also includes a grey color.
I want to (easily) remove the shadow effect, along with the grey color, and
keep only the plain block (box). How do I do that?

I think only the Executive shape has a shadow. You can select the shape(s)
and choose Format > Shadow > None...
