How do I remove the taskpad when viewing my calendar?

When my supervisor opens our boss' calendar (we're delegated with total
rights), her view includes the taskpad, but no mini-month display. We'd like
to get rid of the taskpad and put up 6 months worth of mini-months. I've
looked all over for instructions on how to do this, but to no avail. Help me
appear like a goddess to my new boss, please!!!

See that little bar between the taskpad and the mini-months? You can drag it
down to the very bottom of the window so you can resize the taskpad to
basically zero. Then grab the left-hand little bar between the
taskpad/mini-months and the main calendar window. Drag it left to put the
mini-months into a single column.
