How do I rename a captured page in OneNote?

When I capture a page, I frequently want to change the name that appears in
the right hand column... How do I do that? Thanks...

Couldn't be easier:
Just type the new subject in the Title of the page.

Or am I missing something?

But, How do I select the title...? - When I click on the title in the right
hand column, nothing happens... (Is there another title someplace?)
Thanks, Kit

At the top of the actual page (not the page tabs you have been trying),
there is a box in which the title is shown as well. Edit it there.

Some pages have that title area, but the "Side Notes" (where the material is
being captured) does NOT... (There is NO title at the top of these captured
pages...)

If I go under the format menu and select "show title page," I can rename
individual captured pages, BUT the default page that always comes up when I
capture using the windows key+S doesn't have the title page o[ption
selected... How can I fix that? Thanks, Kit

Usually the title of a side note comes from the first few words of the page.
What if you put a different phrase at the top of your page... Would that get
you where you need to go?
