How do I reorder columns when importing data to a Excel template

I have made a custom excel template that is looking for data to be in a
certain columns order
But some users may have had the data of what should be in column A is in
column E and something else in column A. The data being imported into
template has like 30 columns.

Hoe can I get the template when the data is being imported external to move
the columns to where my template needs the columns to be or how do I make a
template so that no matter what column the data is all my math routines on
other sheets of that template fiind the named columns ?
