How do I reorder Custom Properties in Visio?

When I add properties to a Custom Property Set in Visio 2003, the new
property is at the end of the list. How can I rearrange the properties to put
them back in a logical order?
Neither the "Custom Properties" nor "Define Custom Properties" windows offer
Up / Down buttons or dragging to reorder, and I could not locate any other
places to do this. A search in Help came up empty, as did a search here,
tried with various wording.

Example: An employee object has First Name, Last Name, Street, City, Zip,
Phone Number. If I add a property "Middle Name", it will appear at the end of
the list, when it obviously should be near the rest of the name.

Try Window > Show ShapeSheet.

You'll find a section called Custom Properties. In this section is a column
called "Key" or "Sort". You can enter any numbers or strings in this row to
cause the properties to be sorted in a different order. Strings will need to
have quotes around them.

I found out that an object with the Custom Properties has to be selected when
you open the ShapeSheet (otherwise there isn't a section for Custom
Properties, only sections related to the sheet as a whole, or for whatever
object was selected at the time), but I finally got it.

Thanks.

Found out that these changes didn't affect the Custom Property Set, just the
object that was selected at the time.

How do I open the ShapeSheet for the Custom Property Set itself? Or else,
how do I modify the Set to reflect the properties of the object I changed? I
have a large number of objects that use this Set, which automatically update
to reflect changes to the Set. The object I changed looks good, but now I
need to change a couple of hundred others.
