How do I repair outlook 98?

After my internet povider had me uninstall and reinstall TCP/IP networking,
my outlook has not worked properly. When I exit, a dialog box appears saying
you performed am illegal operations and will be shut down. Also, in
calendering, it won't let me open reocurring meeting.

The internet support help desk during the reinstall og TCP/IP had me delete
a couple of dll files.

If you don't have the media required to reinstall/repair you might need to
contact Microsoft support directly.

A reinstall is possibly required.
