How do I repair the help files?

After I installed a service pack 3 for my windows XP, I am not able to access
the help files in the Office 2007. When I press F1 for help, I recieve the
message " There is a problem with one or more installed help files. Please
repair your Office installation and try again."
I ran a repair setup, I still cannot get to the help files. Any suggestions
how to fis the problem?

I am experiencing the same issue with Office 2007 Small Business. I have
attempted the repair process, uninstalled - restarted - re-installed
-resarted without success. This is getting very frustraing and have had
serious thoughts of reverting back to Office XP.

I am currently using Windows XP SP 3 as my OS and should be up-to-date with
all security patches and fixes.

Has anyone been ableto resolve this wide-spread issue?
