How do I repair the SAVE feature in Calendar? It stopped working.

Three days ago my Outlook calendar stopped "saving" any new appointments. I
cannot even "open" current saved appointments. I can only delete old ones.
And, I no longer get pop-up reminders. I've checked and confirmed all
appropriate settings but nothing is helping. Can you? Thank you. Words.Myth

Version of Outlook?
Start with Detect and Repair (2003) or Office diagnostics (2007) then reset
the view on the calendar
(http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/resetview.htm) and deleted the forms
cache (http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/formscache.htm)
