How do I replace a corrupt address book datafile?

When sending emails, my Outlook addressbook is suddenly attaching random
email addresses to addressees I am trying to sending emails to instead of to
the correct email address shown for the name in the address book. Any
suggestions on how to solve this problem? Thank you!
