how do i reply to a note and send/file it in the correct folder?

I am trying to respond to notes, when i hit send, I would like to file it in
the correct folder (to find it later).

1) Tools/Options/Preferences/E-Mail Options/Advanced E-Mail Options/check
box "in folders other than the inbox................yada yada yada
2) Before you reply, put the note in the correct folder
