how do I resend a mail message

The help file says to click on the message in the sent items folder, click on
the message, click on actions menu, click on resend. I do not have that in
the list under Actions to click on. I can't find it in any dropdown list.
Is it something I need to change in setup?

You son't just "click" on the message - you have to double-click to open it.
Then try the Actions menu.
