How do I reset it to default bullet and outline formatting?

When using bullets and outline characters, the program initially would
default and continue with the format when tabbing or backspacing. I guess
it's difficult to explain without showing someone what it is doing, but I
have asked everyone that I know to no avail. First, the ouline format
stopped working and now the bullet formatting is doing the same. I guess I
backspaced too many times and it thinks I don't want it to continue with the
formatting anymore, when in actuality I do. It's not a huge problem, but a
slight annoyance and any help is appreciated!

I will try to answer this if I understand the question correctly. When you
are doing your list you have something like this:
• Test
• Test
• Test
â—‹ Test
but when you press backspace it stops the formatting. If you wanted to get
back to the first level of bullets you can actually press enter after the
last Test this will give you another bullet at level 2. If you wanted to get
back to the first level you can press shift-tab this will cause the bullet to
adjust its level.

With the numbering you can actually have it detect a previous instance and
continue for example:

1. Test
2. Test
3. Test

4. Test
5. Test
6. Test

The example above I pressed enter twice after 3. Test and it gave me a blank
line I typed Test and pressed the numbering toolbar and it gave me 4. and
continued. I hope this helps.
