How do I reset Outlook 2003 to factory settings?

I've completely messed up the profile, Personal Folders and Offline Files
settings (.pst and .ost). I really need to reset Outlook to its default
state. Removing and reinstalling Outlook didn't work.

control panel, mail - delete the profile. or just create a new one.
