How do I reset the Collaboration options to None?

I had set my collaboration options to use project server. However, plans
have changed and I am no longer need to view my project and resource data in
PWA. Is there a way to reset my collaboration options to none? I cannot
adjust the option (it is greyed out).

Thanks,
Michelle

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you saying you DO NOT
want to use Project Server any more with Project Professional 2003? If this
is the case, do the following:

1. Launch Project Professional 2003
2. In the Project Server login dialog, select the My Computer option and
then select Work Offline
3. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts
4. Select your Project Server account and delete it
5. Close the dialog

If this is not want you want to do, then please give us more information.
Hope this helps.

I want to continue to use Project Server and Project Professional together;
but no longer want to publish any data to Project Web Access.

From what I understand, there is an API that copies the data from one set of
SQL tables to the PWA SQL tables. I want to bypass that step and gain some
performance, since none of my users are using PWA.

I know that this is probably not the most straightforward way to improve
performance; but I have next to no support on the back-end of the server and
am trying to do what I can on the front end of the server.

Thanks,
Michelle

When you save an enterprise project and then close it, Project Server
automatically does a "background publish" of your project without your
permission. It only does a Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan publishing
operation, however, so it doesn't "push" as much information to PWA. There
is no way for you to use only half of Project Server as a result. If you
don't manually publish your project, isn't that enough? Anyway, based on
what you want to do, I don't believe you can do it. Sorry.
