How do I resize a photo in MO Pic Mgr using inches instead of pixe

When I go to Picture/Resize, all options are shown or given in pixels. I
want to resize my picture to be a perfect 8 inches x 10 inches. How is this
accomplished? What is the relationship of 1 pixel to 1 inch? thanks
