How do I resize a single box in a MSWord organizational chart?

I am trying to figure out how to resize a single box in a MSWord
organizational chart. All of the boxes are locked together and I only want
to resize one. Please email (e-mail address removed) with

Was the organization chart created with the Microsoft Organization Chart
tool that is included with Office applications, or was it created by
drawing a bunch of text boxes and connecting lines?

If it is the former, then double-click on the orgchart object to open
it, turn off AutoLayout on the Organization Chart toolbar, click on one
of the boxes to select it, and drag the resizing handles to change the
size of the selected box.

If it is the latter, then right-click on the orgchart to select it,
left-click on Ungroup, click on one of the boxes to select it, and drag
the resizing handles to change the size of the selected box.
