How do I resize ALL images in a PowerPoint presentation?

Is there any way to "apply all" to images in a PP Photo Album? I'm using PP
2007 in Vista.

I have 75 images from screen captures, and I want them all to be 75% of
their original size. I can go into each on and right-click it, set the
percentage, and the position, but is there any way to apply those settings to
all the images at once? I took one look at the Macro app in the developer tab
and gave that up immediately. I've been using PP for many years now and have
not found a way to do this, but perhaps there is a hidden option that I
haven't uncovered?

I need to do this type of thing often. My preference would be to have a
setting, so that before I add my images, I can indicate what size and/or
percentage I want PP to make these images rather than having PP automatically
decide for me.
