How do I resize multiple shapes in Visio 2002

I have an Org Chart that I need to resize all the rectangles so they are a
little smaller. I can't seem to resize the shapes all at the same time.
None of them are locked so that is not the problem. I Shift+Click the shapes
I want to resize, then resize one, but it does not resize all of them? How
do you resize multiple shapes at the same time? I can't believe I have to
resize each one individually.

Try opening the "size & position" window in the view menu. When you have
selected multiple shapes go to the this window and enter the new dimensions
for the boxes. This only works when you want to change them all to one size,
but does allow you to change multiple selections.
