How do I resize or compress an HTML document for publishing on th.

I have just written an Email Form HTML coding. I have forwarded the form to
my site., but it obviously too large. The web page is taking so long to
open. Besides, the Editor web page where I posted the Codes has an error
message and I cannot edit the codes again. The message is " error, code 0.
Internet Explorer also comes up with the message that there is a possibility
the page may not be able to display in the future". I have checked my
Internet Option settings in the Advanced Tab, and the boxes for 'Disable
Script Debbugig IE' and 'Disable Script Debbuging Other' are ticked.

I feel that if I am able to resize the Email Form HTML coding, my problem
will be solved.

Please help with an idea
